VGG804840-A是一款5.0吋WVGA 寬溫TFT顯示模組 ,其規格非常適合應用於廣溫環境下需要TFT LCD顯示的產品,在影像資料傳輸上支援TTL RGB介面。在產品操作使用上其工作溫度是-30~80℃,儲存溫度是-30~80℃。
目前市面上常見的TFT LCD模組產品對於寬溫的定義範圍為-20~70℃,而針對工控、車載、室外產品的應用,其這樣的溫度範圍往往並不能符合該類產品應用的需求。因應客戶的需求,億力光電推出一系列超廣溫 TFT 液晶模組顯示器,其模組操作溫度可到達超廣溫-30℃ 至 +80℃,部分型號高溫更可到達85℃。
